  • You will not be made to feel bad if you provide negative feedback.

  • Your personal information will not be shared with anyone without your consent.

  • If you need support to make a complaint or give feedback, we will help. You can also ask a family member, friend or advocate to assist.

How Do We Handle Complaints?
