Fun & Motion

If you enjoy sport and exercise, this is a fantastic way to learn more about your physical and mental health, gain confidence, play games, hit the gym with professionally guided sessions and meet some awesome people.

Cooking & Community

This is more than just a cooking program, it looks at how to form community, how to set the dinner table, the art of conversation and sharing a meal together. If you like food (let’s be honest, who doesn’t?) then this one’s for you!

Open Studio

If you want to be guided in making your own creative projects, this ones for you. Discover and develop your own artistic talents, connect with others, bring projects you’re working on or be inspired by what others are creating.

Visual Art

If you love exploring mediums of visual art like painting, drawing and stencil, this program is your jam! Develop your creative practice and voice, make art to sell or hang on your wall.

The Craft Room

Introducing our exicitng new art & craft program. If you want to explore your creative potential by making contemporary craft pieces, come join us! We’ll look at boho macrame, wall hangings, vision boards, concrete poured planters, Australian native reefs, jewellery making and more!

Sparrow Social

Want to be part of an inclusive and caring community? Through fun and social activities we look at fostering friendships, financial planning, conflict resolution and community navigation. Come join the fun and games!

Walk n’ Talk

If you’re someone who loves a chat or your keen to connect with others, Walk n’ Talk offers a relaxed group of people who go for walks and share food together. Learn the art of conversation as we get to know one another.
