In all your interactions with Sparrow Collective, we’d like you to know your rights.
You have the right to an advocate. An advocate is an independent person who will speak for you. If you want an advocate, we can assist you to find one.
If you are not happy with our service, you can make a complaint or offer feedback (See our Feedback and Complaints section).
You can make your own choices and we will support you with all the information you need to do this.
You have the right to have your values and beliefs respected, make informed choices and be protected from violence, abuse or discrimination.
Our Responsibility
What you think matters.
We aim to ensure there is no conflict of interest between you and our staff. A conflict on interest is when someone doesn’t do their job fairly. For example, they may provide better services to one participant than other participants.
We have a duty of care to protect you from getting hurt as we help you reach your goals.
We protect your private information.
We check in with you at regular intervals to make sure we are helping you reach your goals.

We have a Privacy and Confidentiality Policy that protects you and we uphold processes that help you know how your information is used within Sparrow Collective.
We require your consent for the collection and use of your personal information.
